Reimbursement Manager for local healthcare organization at Florence

Classification: Revenue Accountant

Compensation: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year

Local healthcare organization is currently looking for a proactive individual to become the Reimbursement Manager. The successful Reimbursement Manager will manage an assigned staff, develop and implement collection procedures, and oversee the reimbursement process from state and federal programs. The Reimbursement Manager will also be responsible to monitor and interpret the laws and regulations to ensure compliance while also identifying areas of risk and recommending corrective action. The Reimbursement Manager will also assist upper management with special projects.

Job Requirements

Successful Reimbursement Manager will have at least 3 to 5 years experience preparing/auditing Medicare and Medicaid cost reports,and be current on all regulatory compliance. Bachelors degree required, CPA or MBA preferred. Must be proficient with Excel, Access and Lawson Financials.
