Job Classification: Contract The Network Analyst III is responsible for the day to day operations of all network elements on the VoIP Network.This includes equipment from the core elements to the point of customer termination in either co-location areas or switch sites. This person will analyze network alarms and output messages and resolve complex network troubles and perform daily health checks. He/she will also analyze customer reports and resolve complex voice or data troubles. Coordinate the resolution with specific operating company field personnel, NOC management team, and vendor support teams. Lead a network outage bridge with other Windstream technicians and Vendors. Candidates need to communicate service and technical information to NOC support personnel, customers, vendors, and other support centers and provide escalated support for DNOC, CEC, Service Delivery and FieldOps Technicians in customer issues escalated, network alarm issues escalated from the Surveillance group.
