What you need for this position:

- Strong database and software development experience
- Expert in T-SQL coding for queries, views, tables and stored procedures
- Several Years of strong experience in developing SQL Server Databases
- Constructing SQL Server database objects (DDL) and implementing queries (DML) that perform the business functions of the database models
- Experience in installing and upgrading database software
- Understanding of database design/architecture in a SQL environment
- Data modeling, query design and optimization
- Skills in relationship management

What youll be doing:

- Code in T-SQL
- Create and design databases based on understanding of business transactions
- Designs, codes, tests and implements custom database scripts and formal procedures.
- Design and implement logical and physical database models
- Calculate optimum database parameters and design indexes
- Improve quality of code and migrate to other databases
- Minimize down time to less than 5 minutes with no data lose
- Set-up and establish recovery procedures, backup and restore as needed
- Develop and implement security measures
- Troubleshoot and resolve database problems
