- Interacting and participating in the business processes of a wide range of disciplines.
- Aligning with the business units to understand their recruiting needs and developing networks of contacts within their respective disciplines. Reviewing applications and interviewing applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position.
- Screening and referring candidates for additional interviews with others in the organization.
- Utilizing internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
- Working with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates.
- Participating in, setting up displays and working at job fairs.
- Developing and maintaining contacts with schools, alumni groups and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.
- Providing information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or associated discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in HR/Professional Recruiting.
- Expertise utilizing a variety of recruiting concepts/practices to source candidates.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an absolute MUST.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management throughout the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
