Field Service Rep

As a Stryker Field Service Representative, you will be able to work out of your home, create your own schedule and interact with different customers in multiple locations on a daily basis. Stryker is looking for a driven individual with a technical, sales and customer service background. There is a base pay plus commission, with plenty of opportunity for career growth.

Job Description
Responsible for managing a service territory. Provides effective, proficient, and timely service and repairs to all customers in direct support of the sales and service efforts to gain and maintain customer loyalty. Manages service requirements and business for both the EMS and Bed & Stretcher organizations. Grows the service business in the territory through the selling of service parts, billable labor and travel, and coordinating with sales to identify and close service contracts.

Qualifications/Work Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and elicit support and cooperation from coworkers.

Education and/or Special Training
- High school diploma or equivalent.
