Senior Level Accountant
A rapidly growing construction company located in the low country has a Senior Level Accountant opportunity that reports to the Chief Financial Officer. Candidates will perform complex accounting duties involving routine and non-routine calculations and analysis, reconciliation’s, postings and monitoring while ensuring accuracy and adherence to established accounting procedures. The salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Position responsibilities include:
- Experience with calculating & monitoring project
over/under billing
- Experience tracking & producing Work In Progress
(WIP) reports/or percentage of completion reports
- Experience in rebuilding project cost history
- Familiarity with Construction Labor
Guideline(Davis/Bacon/SCA/WD) preferred

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Experience with QuickBooks
- 5 YRS in cost or project accounting
- extremely detailed oriented & organized
- Good communication skills written/verbal & phone.
