•   Visual Studio 2005
•   Windows Workflow Foundation
•   Windows Communication Foundation
•   Web Services
•   Design Patterns
•   Object Oriented Analysis and Design experience
•   5+ Years of progressive responsibility
•   SQL Development skills
•   Strong understanding of the software development process
•   Experience with n-tiered development
•   Experience with creating Unit Tests

Optional
•   UML skills
•   NHibernate or other Object Relational Mapping technologies
•   Familiar with Agile, XP or Scrum methodologies.
