Production Specialist at Irmo

Job Description

PCS, LLC is a SC based company that provides credit union operational support to credit unions throughout the U.S.  We are seeking a Production Specialist to join our team. The Production Specialist will provide support to various payment processing functions. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Receive, process, sort, and/or proof checks
• Enter data into spreadsheets, balancing all work
• Process online images 
• Communicate regularly and professionally with clients
• Work cooperatively in a team oriented environment, with cross training and sharing of duties

We are seeking candidates for two positions; one on day shift and one on evening shift.  Day shift work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00.   Evening shift hours are 3:00pm-12:00 am.  OT required on occasion as necessary to meet deadlines.  Excellent benefits, salary commensurate with experience.   Hiring range begins at $10.30 per hour.  

 

Job Requirements

Position requires a professional communication skills and demeanor, as well as the following:

• excellent data entry skills
• excellent 10-key skills
• excellent PC skills, to include Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook
• at least one year of work experience utilizing the above skills 
• experience working in banking or credit union payment processing operations is strongly preferred
• high school diploma required, additional college coursework a plus.
