Sales Responsibilities

• SELL NEW LINES OF SERVICE
• BILL PAY CUSTOMERS
• SERVICE AND REPAIR CUSTOMERS
• FRIENDS OF CUSTOMERS

 

-  SELL ACCESSORIES TO

• PHONE SALE CUSTOMERS
• BILL PAY CUSTOMERS
• SERVICE AND REPAIR CUSTOMERS
• FRIENDS OF CUSTOMERS

 

-  UPGRADES

• BILL PAY CUSTOMERS
• SERVICE AND REPAIR CUSTOMERS
• FRIENDS OF CUSTOMERS

 

-  TOUCH EVERY CUSTOMERS PHONE TO:

• FIND OUT IF THE CUSTOMER TREATS THE DEVICE WITH CARE OR DAMAGES IT
• GET THE NEEDED INFO TO DO AN ACCOUNT LOOKUP
• DETERMINE NEED FOR ACCESSORIES

 

-  DO AN ACCOUNT LOOKUP

• INFORM CUSTOMER OF AVAILABILITY FOR ADDITIONAL LINES
• VIEW ALL LINES FOR UPGRADES
• DO RATE PLAN ANALYSIS
• QUALIFY FOR DISCOUNTS IF NONE ARE ON THE ACCOUNT

 

- INFORM ALL CUSTOMERS THAT THEY ARE GETTING READY NOW SERVICE

• INFORM APPROPRIATE CUSTOMERS OF THE SURVEY THEY WILL RECEIVE AND ASK THEM TO TAKE IT
• DO CALL BACKS TO ENSURE DEVICES ARE WORKING PROPERLY, IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS, AND THANK THE CUSTOMER FOR VISITING.
