Job Description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:- To proactively manage the specialty accounts of an assigned sport in an accurate, prompt, and professional manner through the application of the knowledge gained from experience in your specific sport and by offering the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represents the Company accurately, communicating effectively with customers and the sales force regarding the adidas product line, policies and procedures.
- Answers phone calls from accounts, the sales force and consumers for orders, inquiries and problems.
- Responds to inquiries regarding product, availability and substitutions in a professional and accurate manner.
- Initiates, and forwards as required to the Regional Team for completion, phoned adjustments to orders such as: revision; cancellations; special instructions, etc.
- Documents customer comments, as well as, reports recurring and potential customer complaints/problems to CS Management.
- Staffs the incoming 800 CS phone line the required number of hours each day.
- Assists the CS Department with order entry, as needed, such as during a booking window.
- Executes, as CS Management dictates, various miscellaneous duties and tasks such as: distributing reports; keying breakdowns; mailing catalogs; indexing within DMS; etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to perform all duties in an accurate, timely and professional manner within the guidelines of established company procedures and policies while maintaining a flexible approach to enforcing these policies.
- Strong Computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Demonstrates flexibility and the willingness to adapt and learn in a multi-systems computerized work environment.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum
Job Requirements
- High School
- 6 months to 1 year of applicable CS experience
