Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Employee Benefit Customer Service Representative for a reputable, growing client located in Columbia, SC. This position will be responsible for supporting the benefit needs of clients. This includes but is not limited to: plan changes, claims support and resolutions, enrollments, and more.
Job Requirements:
-Some experience/knowledge of the health insurance industry
-Blue Cross experience preferred, particularly Blues Enroll or similar enrollment system
-Strong communication skills
-High level attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
