Mortgage Loan Manager

CresCom Bank seeks a Mortgage Loan Manager for our Charleston market. As Manager, you will report directly to the President of Retail Mortgage and be responsible for
building and leading a team capable of producing profitable results.

Primary responsibilities will be to hire, train, manage and coach staff in our mortgage processes, procedures and
customer service requirements. Your group will generate mortgage production through strategic relationships with external referral sources and sales calls while cross-selling other bank services.

We seek candidates with the ability to recruit and build a dynamic mortgage team. You must have significant
experience and a proven track record in management, sales and service in the mortgage industry
