The Director of Finance is responsible for the financial functions of the college and preparation of reports and statistics reflecting earnings, cash balances and other financial reports. In this position you will implement and maintain procedures to obtain the colleges financial objectives through effective use of financial aid resources and department personnel.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, and recommends candidates for department positions.
• Manages direct reports, providing training when necessary.
• Manages accounts receivables, prepares departmental reports, and recommends specific collection agency.
• Manages administration of financial aid, as well as the administrative services system, and roster system.
• Responsible for assisting the Director in preparing forecasts and budgets, as well as reporting deficiencies and exceptions to policy.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience.Degree must be from an institution accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the US Department of Education.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in finance and previous supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of financial aid, finance systems, and effective managerial practices is required.

ITT Technical Institute issues, on an annual basis, a Safety and Security Policies and Crime Statistics Report. The Report discloses information about our Colleges safety and security policies and procedures, and statistics concerning the number of particular crimes reported to each College and local law enforcement agencies as occurring on each Colleges premises or public property adjacent to the School. The Report serves to inform each Colleges students, prospective students, employees and prospective employees of the existence and enforcement of the Colleges safety and security policies.
